Ideal Electronics (Private) Limited, is a Non-Banking Finance Company licenced by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, having office is at City, Block A Downtown New, 2 Phase, Wah Cantt Pakistan, The owner of the website “www.idealelectronicspk.com” and herein after shall be referred to as Ideal Electronics . As a user (User) of this Site, the User understands that this site is not a digital lending platform. It simply facilitates the general public to place an order to the company for the purchase of electronic items and other goods on installments. Subsequent process is physical.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

As a User of this Website you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions that Ideal Electronics has provided hereunder or anywhere else in this Website including but not limited to disclaimers on this Website. You are advised to read and understand the said Terms and Conditions.

Customer data will be stored on local server with appropriate security and all information will be treated as confidential. Access will be provided to employees on need to know basis only. The information is also shared with third party verification agencies.

The company shall not require the access to the personal data in the mobile of the customer.

Your use of this Website implies that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by following, disclaimer and terms & conditions. These Terms & Conditions together with our privacy policy as provided on the Website govern your usage of the Website and by using this website you are willing to abide by the Terms & Conditions herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

Eligibility

The User of this Website unequivocally declare and agree and that the User is a natural / legal person who has attained the age of at least 18 years and is legally allowed to enter into a contract in Pakistan. The User is allowed to utilize the services of the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed herein after and have agreed to become a member of this website. By ordering or registering on the Website, the User hereby undertakes to agree and abide by the Terms and Conditions detailed hereinafter. If the User violates any of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise violate an agreement entered into through the medium of the Website, Ideal Electronics may terminate the Users membership, delete his/her profile and any content or information posted by the User on the Website and/or prohibit the User from using or accessing the Website at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if it believes that you are under 18.

Online Order Placement & Physical Verification Process

A customer may submit the initial information on the application form for the selected product through this website, while the subsequent process is physical. Ideal Electronics requires the following documents to proceed with the orders:

Documents Required:

A copy of the applicant’s CNIC.

Two (2) signed references on the prescribed format.

Physical verification of the applicant’s and his/her references’ residential address.

Agreement signed by the applicant.

Undertaking signed by the applicant.

Advance payment will be collected upon delivery only.

Post-dated cheques (PDCs) in the name of “Ideal Electronics” as per the tenor of the Installment Plan (on a case-to-case basis).

Utility bill copy (on a case-to-case basis).

Delivery Officer will receive a signed copy of the delivery note from the customer and a picture of the product being received by the customer.

Customers must read and sign the delivery note and mention the details of the item(s) and accessories received.

Process Information

Ideal Electronics reserves the right to reject an application request for any reason whatsoever, with or without informing the user.
The process will start after submission of all the required documents from the applicant.
Only one product can be purchased on a single CNIC. Ideal Electronics may issue another product based on the customer’s past performance and financial history.
Postdated cheques should be drawn in cities where Ideal Electronics is operating only.
There is no Form Fee or Delivery Fee. If any person asks for such fees, kindly inform Ideal Electronics at +92 346 3266773 or by email at idealelectronics02@gmail.com.
Product warranty will be claimed directly from the concerned brand or from its authorized service center, according to the standard warranty conditions of the brand.
In the case of refurbished laptops, a 1-year warranty will be provided by Ideal Electronics.
Ideal Electronics is not providing any insurance coverage/facility on any item purchased through Ideal Electronics.
In case an item supplied is not working after delivery, customers must inform the manufacturer directly within 48 hours of delivery and also inform our team.
Motorcycle insurance is the responsibility of the applicant and must be paid by the applicant. It is highly advised to insure the motorcycle before bringing it on the road.
Ideal Electronics will keep the warranty card/box until all installments are cleared.
Ideal Electronics reserves the right to change availability and prices as and when necessary, with or without notice. However, once the deal is locked, your amount will not change based on market price fluctuations.
Product pictures and display contents on the foregoing pages are provided for reference only. Actual product features and specifications (including but not limited to appearance, color, and size), as well as actual display contents (including but not limited to backgrounds, UI, and icons), may vary.
Product availability is dependent upon market conditions.
Product delivery is dependent on vendor lead times, and actual delivery time may vary.

Our team strives to protect our customers from any inconvenience caused by human error. Ideal Electronics may report your profile to the e-CIB in case of a default, after allowing you an opportunity to amicably settle your outstanding dues.

Cooling-of period:

Order placed by a customer may be withdrawn at any time before the signing of the agreement.

Currency:

All prices will be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Grievances:

Users have complete authority to file a complaint or share feedback if they are disappointed by the services rendered by Ideal Electronics. They can submit their complaint or feedback in writing or via email to the following:

Refunds:

In the event a user deposits an amount in excess of the amount due, the excess amount will be adjusted against the next installment. If the same occurs during the deposit of the final installment, the user can contact support at 📧 idealelectronics02@gmail.comfor a refund of the excess deposit amount. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 45 days.

Customer Protection Mechanism

Besides its own interests, Ideal Electronics shall have in place a mechanism for the protection of its customers. Its salient features are as follows:

Fair Treatment: Ideal Electronics shall ensure fair treatment of borrowers and prohibit unfair practices and breaches of confidentiality regarding personal information of the borrowers.
Disclosure of Terms: Ideal Electronics shall disclose and share all key terms and conditions of the loan agreement (such as amount, profit rate/ratio, fees, charges, terms and conditions, etc.) with its borrowers in the local/regional language for better understanding. However, in the case of financing for the purchase of electronic items, mobile phones, or any other consumer goods on an installment basis—including under the Islamic mode, namely Musawamah sale—it is not necessary to disclose the rate of profit. In such cases, the total price (including profit), along with down payments and monthly installments, shall be disclosed to the customer.
Consent Prior to Disbursement: Ideal Electronics shall obtain the borrower’s specific consent on all key terms prior to the disbursement of any facility.
Transparent Branding: Ideal Electronics shall conspicuously disclose its full corporate name and licensing status on its lending platforms/applications, website, documentation, materials, and advertisements.
No Harassment: Under no circumstances will Ideal Electronics engage in harassment or strong-arm tactics in enforcing payments.
Extension on Hardship: Customers will be provided an extension of up to two months in case of personal financial hardship.
Legal Action After Grace Period: If a customer is unable to pay after the two-month grace period, Ideal Electronics will initiate legal action for recovery of the receivable amount as well as repossession of the product, including litigation costs.
Data Security: Customer data will be stored on local servers with appropriate security measures, and all information will be treated as confidential. Access will be provided to employees strictly on a need-to-know basis.
No Mobile Access Required: Ideal Electronics shall not require access to the customer’s mobile phone.
